Gundar Pak (without Milk)
 Ingredients:
  • 250gm Gundar (Eatable Gum)
  • 400 gm Wheat flour.
  • 400 gm Sugar.
  • 400 gm Ghee.
  • 200 gm Desiccated coconut.
  • 25 gm Dried Ginger powder (sunth)
  • 25 gm Ganthoda powder.
  • 5 gm Cardamom powder.
 
Method:
  • Crush gundar into small granules.
  • Fry them in ghee & keep aside.
  • Take ghee in a pan & roast wheat flour in it till golden brown.
  • Then add sugar, fried gundar, sunth, ganthoda, coconut & cardamom powder in flour.
  • When done, put it in the dish greased properly with ghee.
  • When cooled, make square pieces & its ready to eat.
